Khadamat is committed to providing a seamless experience for both users and service providers. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, and disputes are handled for services booked through Khadamat (Website, User App, and Provider App).
By using Khadamat, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 User-Initiated Cancellations
Users can cancel a service before the provider starts the job through the app or website.
If a user cancels before the provider accepts, no cancellation fee applies.
If a user cancels after the provider has accepted, a cancellation fee may be deducted based on the provider’s policy.
1.2 Provider-Initiated Cancellations
If a provider cancels a confirmed booking, the user will receive a full refund and may be eligible for compensation based on inconvenience.
Providers with repeated cancellations may face penalties or suspension from the platform.
1.3 No-Show Policy
If a provider fails to arrive, the user is eligible for a full refund and may request a different provider.
If a user is not available at the scheduled time, the provider may wait for [X] minutes before marking the service as missed, and the user may not receive a refund.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
Service Not Delivered: If the provider fails to complete the job.
Service Quality Issues: If the service was not performed as promised and the dispute is resolved in the user's favor.
Fraudulent Transactions: If unauthorized payments are detected and verified.
2.2 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
User Changes Mind: If the service was completed as per the agreed terms.
Partial Services Rendered: If a portion of the service was successfully completed.
Late Cancellations: If the user cancels after the provider has already started work.
2.3 Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary based on the user's bank or payment provider.
3. Dispute Resolution
3.1 Filing a Dispute
If you are not satisfied with a service, you can raise a dispute within [X] days by:

4. Changes to This Policy
Khadamat reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or app notifications.
Your continued use of Khadamat after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
